First PAC MOTO Traders experience
My wife and I recently bought a Chevy HHR from PAC MOTO Traders. From our first visit to when we were handed the keys our experience was second to none. Dan our salesman helped us get the best possible deal. He was very helpful. It's nice to deal with a business that treats more than just another customer. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle!

Third Car Purchased from PAC MOTO Traders - Satisfied Customer
Recently I purchased my 3rd car from PAC MOTO Traders. I am sure this was not their best deal of the year. An older model Saturn for my daughter to use at school. Even though this was not a big "deal" to PAC MOTO Traders, we were Never made to feel that way. Any little thing that needed to be done to get this car in tip top shape was offered and done with a smile. I was not at all surprised by the extra things done to make the car just right because this is how things are done at PAC MOTO Traders. Every time I go in I am made to feel like Family. From Sales to Service PAC MOTO Traders is TOPS. Dan was our Salesman - from the moment we met we were like old friends. While there I met Ethan, what a nice guy!!! He even went out of his way on his vacation to bring back some brochures from Disney my boyfriend mentioned he was interested in. Everyone PAC MOTO Traders is just that way. This is how buying ANYTHING is supposed to be
I don't know about most people, but if they're anything like me, the term "Used Car Dealer" makes me cringe. Doing battle with a new car dealership is one thing--but a used car lot? Thanks...no. That is until I decided to take a chance and try PAC MOTO Traders. Oh my...to think I've bought 37 cars in my lifetime from dealers OTHER than PAC MOTO Traders. After an incredible series of experiences with PAC MOTO Traders I've come to the conclusion I've made 37 mistakes. PAC MOTO Traders was, without doubt, the BEST buying experience I've ever encountered. Their 7 day return policy seduced me from the begin. Being able to test the ride for 7 days before you pay sounds like a dream on the used cars market. Well, someone finally made it and their name is PAC MOTO Traders. If PAC MOTO Traders ever stops selling cars, I'll just have to start walking everywhere because I will NOT buy a car ever again in a different ways. I can offer no higher recommendation for these folks!

Great customer service
This is the third truck I have bought from PAC MOTO Traders, and with out a doubt they are the best people to deal with, laid back no hassle no following you around their lot asking you 1,000's of questions, they let me come to them when I was ready for a test drive and very helpful with the all the questions I had. I would absolutely recommend PAC MOTO Traders to everyone!!! Looking forward to doing more business in the future.

Great experience
I love the 2011 Subaru Forester I purchased and am happy to report that it drives wonderfully in the snow. I will definitely purchase any future automobiles I will need at PAC MOTO Traders. Also, a very big thank you to Mr Harris you made the entire experience fun.

Fast and easy
I needed to get a car that would drive well in snow. I contacted people at PAC MOTO Traders, they had me come in the next day. Mike had a handful of cars that he thought would be good options for my lifestyle all set and ready to roll when I got there. He was so right! I bought one of the first cars he showed me. The deal was done within 48 hours, and I drove away with the perfect car! PAC MOTO Traders has sold two cars to me now, a Dodge Ram3500, and now a Ford Escape. Both times they gave me a great price on my trade in, and the whole process was stress free and easy!

Nice little car, just her size!
The wife needed a new car. Stopped at PAC MOTO Traders first. The wife tried two cars, went home and talked about the two vehicles and what she thought about them. She wanted to try the Honda crv one more time, which we did. When we brought it back she saw a Nisan Juke. We tried that one and she feel in love with it. We bought it and have been happy with it ever since. We purchased it back in June of 2014. When looking for a vehicle we stop there first, because we like the service and mostly the people who run the business!

Perfection
I was very picky in my demands for my new car and PAC MOTO Traders met every one of them. Mike found me the exact vehicle I was looking for and at a great price! Great Used Car Purchasing Experience
What a great group of people to buy from! Everyone at PAC MOTO Traders is friendly and welcoming. I purchased a used car from Ethan, and he was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and was available after the sale to help answer my questions. I would definitely recommend going to see them if you are looking to buy a car. Fair prices and great service! I didn't even visit any other dealerships because they were highly recommended by my husband and his family.

Best Experience EVER!
We just had the best car buying experience we could have ever imagined. Dan was amazing! He was knowledgable, extremely helpful, and always available. The communication was great! There was absolutely no pressure, which was a fear of ours. Initially they didn't have exactly what we were looking for and needed in a car. We sat down with Dan and told him what we'd like to find. He texted me that night with the perfect car for us. We got it within a week. It was perfect and we couldn't be more excited or happy that we chose PAC MOTO Traders as our dealership. Made buying a car "hassle free"

Review of PAC MOTO Traders
I'm not typically a fan of the car-buying experience, however, PAC MOTO Traders changed that for me. They'd been recommended to me by my sister and brother-in-law who'd had a great experience with them and I was not disappointed. Their easy manner plus their knowledge & experience with Jeeps (the make I was leaning towards in my search) immediately made me comfortable with them. The Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I was interested in was not yet in their lot, but they kept me updated on the progress. Due to my own procrastination - I needed a vehicle for winter driving - I was up against the clock a bit, hoping winter would hold off just long enough as my current vehicle was terrible in the snow. They put my mind at ease, letting me know that I could use a loaner if Mother Nature had a different schedule! Dave and Mark are fair and truly customer-oriented. I'm always looking to do business locally, and will recommend them whole-heartedly. Thanks for the great experience!

Couldn't Ask for More!
Whenever I think about buying a car, PAC MOTO Traders is the first place that comes to mind. They treat you like family! I'm a young female so its daunting to think of doing this process alone. All the people here make you feel totally at ease. There is no pressure and you don't feel like you are getting bamboozled. I have purchased two used cars from them. Well, three to be exact. The second car I purchased I wasn't completely happy with; it just wasn't my style. So they worked with me to find me new car and I switched, no hassle, no questions asked. Where else can you exchange a car purchase? That's why I go to them! I know if I'm not completely happy they will make sure to change that. They care about people. Everyone I have worked with is great, from sales to service. They all go above and beyond to take care of everything for me. I will continue to buy from them and recommend them to everyone I know.

PAC MOTO Traders went way beyond our expectations
My wife and I had very specific requirements for a new vehicle. I had specific needs due to a very bad back. Mike searched throughout the northeast and located a vehicle in Connecticut. In approximately a week, they had the Honda CR-V EX-L on their lot for us to test drive. It was exactly what we requested. We couldn't have been more satisfied with their efforts and promptness.

Easy and Fun Experience!
My husband and I went to see Mike at PAC MOTO Traders after my mother told us about her great buying experience, and I must say Im very glad I listened to her!! After being turned down and given the run around at more than 1 larger dealerships, Mike was able to locate the vehicle we wanted AND get it for the price we wanted. I was impressed at how painless and easy the whole process was. Absolutely the BEST auto buying experience ive ever had. Mike was friendly, honest, and down to earth. I never felt pressured, and in fact got the distinct feeling he was working FOR us. I will recommend PAC MOTO Traders to any and all who are looking to buy a "new to you" vehicle. I'll be going back in the future for all of my auto purchases. Small town loyalty and honesty at its best!!!!!

Great Dealership
The sales team was amazing. They worked hard to put me in a car. Had some issues with car initially but they took car of all the repairs without charging me for them. My mother in law and brother in law have both gotten cars from PAC MOTO Traders since then. My wife will be next to pick up a car from PAC MOTO Traders. Great sales and service team.

They make things happen
Highly recommend PAC MOTO Traders to anybody looking for a car. They helped me with a trade and found a car that fit my budget. Even after taking delivery of the car, I called and called with tons of questions on the operating functions of my new/used vehicle. It would have driven any other place crazy, but not PAC MOTO Traders...they walked me through each question with patience as if these questions were asked of them everyday. They made me feel at ease. Best dealership around!!
